Important Deadlines and Dates
To be considered for federal student aid for the 2023-2024 award year, you will need to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) online at https://studentaid.gov/h/apply-for-aid/fafsa between October 1, 2022 and June 30, 2024. Any corrections or updates must be submitted by September 12, 2024.
Deadline to submit required documentation
2023-2024 Academic Year – Regulation is 120 days after the last day of the student's
enrollment, whichever is earlier. No refunds or book deferments will be processed.

Add/Drop Period
If a student drops a course before or during this period, there is no record on the
transcript and your financial aid may change.

Official Withdrawal Period Full-semester courses
If a student officially withdraws from a course(s), he/she will receive a “W” grade
on his/her transcript. The “W” will not affect his/her GPA but will impact the student’s
SAP. No withdrawals for full semester courses will be accepted after November 17,
2023, for fall 2023 and April 19, 2024, for spring 2024 without the signature of the
Vice President of Academic Affairs.
Withdrawal Period Dates
