This award is given in memory of Bobbie Bernstein Anker, a beloved wife, mother, sister, colleague, and friend to all. The qualities that animated her being include, but were not limited to, kindness, compassion, sensitivity and service to this college and our community. Bobbie’s willingness to get involved and contribute was demonstrated throughout her thirty-one year Student Affairs career here at North Country Community College.
