Residence Life hosts Move-In Day

Students hold boxes as they move into a college dorm SARANAC LAKE -- The college’s Residence Life office hosted move-in day for new students at the residence halls on Thursday, Aug. 21.

Staff were on hand to check in students and help them get their bearings and make their way to their residence hall suite.

There was a flurry of activity throughout the day as students and their parents arrived to begin the process of moving in. The residence halls provide suite-style living with single and double rooms available. Every suite includes four bedrooms, a furnished common room, a bathroom, and a kitchenette with a microwave and mini-fridge.

The residence halls host approximately 100 students and are completely full this semester, with a waiting list.

Returning students arrive on Saturday.

The first day of classes for the Fall 2025 semester is Monday, Aug. 25.
