Letter Writing & Care Package Donation Drive (all campuses)

Greetings from the NCCC Veteran’s Day Planning Committee!

We invite you to join our college-wide service project this November to support our active-duty service personnel. Beginning next week, the Student Life Office and Veterans Day Planning Committee will host a series of Letter Writing table sets on all campuses to collect handwritten letters to these active duty service personnel. Each handwritten letter will bring a personal touch to the care packages sent this holiday season. 

If you are able to donate any items for the care package drive, we have listed the most needed items on our flyer along with drop off locations on each campus. If you would like to make special arrangements for your donation, please contact studentlife@nccc.edu to connect you with the best resource on each campus.

Members of the public are more than welcome to donate to our drive and letter writing campaign.

Special thanks to the Malone American Legion who will ship our donations and letters with their care packages to troops from the North Country region currently deployed in the Gulf of Bahrain, an east coast inlet of the Persian Gulf near Saudi Arabia. 

Letters and Donations for Care Packages may be dropped off anytime between Nov. 7-18^th. THANK YOU!
