2026 Commencement Information

Event Livestream:
We will be offering a life-stream option too! The link will be posted here on Friday,
May 15th, 2026.
Parking & Transportation
Parking:
Please park your vehicle in a location other than the Sparks Athletic Complex or the
Science and Classroom Buildings, which will be reserved for ADA-compliant parking
and VIP guests.
A parking section at the Sparks Athletic Complex will be reserved for guests requiring special accommodations.
Shuttle Service:
Parking attendants will direct attendees to parking areas. If parking near Sparks
fills quickly, a shuttle service will run from the parking areas by Mulholland Hall,
Hodson Hall, and Clermont Hall to the Sparks Athletic Complex. Shuttle service will
resume following the ceremony.
Guest Information
Facility Opens:
The facility will open for seating at 9:00 a.m.
Accessibility:
The ceremony will have closed captioning available both on screen and through the
live stream.
Graduate Information
Arrival:
Graduates must report by 9:30 a.m. to the Classroom Building (McCormick Hall) and locate their assigned
classroom (room assignments will be sent in advance).
Caps & Gowns:
All graduates are expected to be dressed in cap and gown. For information regarding
the purchase of regalia, please contact the College Store.
Procession:
The procession will begin promptly at 10:45 a.m. outside the Connector and proceed
down the path to the Sparks Athletic Complex.
Reception
All graduates and their guests are invited to a complimentary reception immediately following the event. It will be held in the Connector between the Classroom and Science Buildings.
