Frontline Supervisor Microcredential
Frontline Supervisors (FLS) are responsible for overseeing the direct support provided
to people with disabilities.
Details:
-The FLS Microcredential is 6 credits:
HUS 114: Supervision and Leadership in Human Services
PSY 138: Psychology of Human Relations
-This credential is offered fully online and is covered by the SUNY/OPWDD scholarship.
This includes free tuition, fees, and textbooks as well as a $750 stipend upon successful
completion.
Eligibility: Be employed as a FLS or ability to shadow/intern paid or unpaid at a participating
OPWDD agency.
