Amanda Tagliarino, Executive Director - NCCC Association
Amanda Tagliarino serves as Executive Director of the North Country Community College
Association, bringing more than 20 years of leadership experience across nonprofit
organizations, healthcare operations, organizational development and strategic communications.
Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for strengthening organizations
through thoughtful leadership, collaborative partnerships and a deep commitment to
community impact.
Prior to joining the Association, Amanda served as Senior Director of the Fieldstone
Foundation, where she led the organization's philanthropic strategy, fundraising,
grant development, donor engagement and community partnerships. She also oversaw initiatives
addressing food insecurity and other social determinants of health, working alongside
volunteers, donors and community partners to expand the Foundation's impact throughout
the North Country.
Amanda previously held leadership positions in healthcare operations, including Regional
Practice Operations Manager and Director of Professional Development and Training
for Citizen Advocates. Her experience includes leadership development, organizational
culture, employee engagement, strategic planning and building collaborative partnerships
that strengthen both organizations and the communities they serve.
Amanda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Science in Human Relations
and Organizational Development. Outside of work, Amanda enjoys spending time with
her husband, two children and two Labradors, and taking advantage of everything the
Adirondacks have to offer.
