Soft Skills Workshops

Soft skills” are abilities, traits, and behaviors that contribute to how effectively you relate to and collaborate with others. Some examples of soft skills are business communications, problem solving, teamwork, office practices, and emotional intelligence.

An investment in this training will yield a return that improves customer confidence, service and satisfaction. Employees who understand the "rules of the road" not only create loyal and repeat clientele, but are easier to work with as members of the team. AND the college can repeat the training in other domains, or every year, to ensure that the instruction is fresh and relevant for the business.
