Spring 2021: What Students Should Know

Note: The following message was emailed to students Nov. 23. Some of this information has since been updated. Visit www.nccc.edu/spring-2021 for the latest.

Dear students:

I hope this finds you and your family and friends staying safe and well. As we approach Thanksgiving break and near the end of the Fall 2020 semester, we wanted to let you know that the college has been busy preparing for the Spring 2021 semester, in consultation with SUNY, the state Department of Health, Essex County Public Health, Franklin County Public Health, and our local health care providers.

Our paramount priority continues to be the health and safety of all students, faculty and staff. With that in mind, and given the recent resurgence of COVID-19 cases in our region, the college will continue its operations in a mostly remote setting for the Spring 2021 semester. While this is not our preferred method of operation, we feel it is both necessary and prudent. It does not diminish, in any way, our commitment to your success and the great hopes we have for you this semester and beyond.

Please take a few minutes to review the following summary, which outlines what you should know about the Spring 2021 semester. It is also posted on our website at www.nccc.edu/spring-2021.

More details will be released in the coming weeks. Note that these plans are subject to change prior to and during the semester.
