Space Still Available in Fall Pottery Class

SARANAC LAKE – It’s not too late to sign up for a six-week pottery class this fall at North Country Community College.

Open to the public, the Hand Building class will take place in the college’s Pottery Studio on the Saranac Lake campus and costs $125.

The class will meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6 to 9 p.m. from Oct. 29 to Dec. 5. Beginner to experienced potters are welcome. Participants will construct various forms without the use of the potter’s wheel. The course includes working with textures, adding handles, and the use of patterns.
