Student Web-Services
North Country CC provides all students with an e-mail account and a student portal account while enrolled. These accounts are established when a student first registers for classes and are maintained 365 days pas the last date of attendance.
Student e-mail (https://mail.nccc.edu) is a vital method of communication at North Country CC, and the College uses this method in many of its official communications with students. Students are expected to check their student e-mail accounts daily to insure receipt of College-related communications. Students are responsible for the consequences of not reading College-related e-mail communications sent to their official account.
The Student Portal (https://student.nccc.edu) provides students' access to their academic, billing, and financial aid records as well as course information and a wide range of student services. Students can track their academic progress, register for courses, manage their financial aid and semester bills, access course information and assignment grades, and access a wide variety of College services including an electronic library and career services. Students are required to use the Student Portal to communicate with the College and are encouraged to check the Student Portal accounts daily for updates.
Students are required to use their North Country CC student accounts in accordance with the following college policies: Computer Use Policy, Responsible Use of Electronic Communications, and Code of Conduct.
Student Portal orientation sessions are held for new students and all students are required to complete an online Student Portal orientation tutorial. Familiarity with the Student Portal tools is essential for student success as all faculty and administrative offices use this tool to communicate with students.
North Country CC maintains a technical support help desk to assist students with e-mail and portal questions and problems. This technical support help desk is available from 7:30am - 3:30pm Monday - Friday to assist students. Questions or problems related to student e-mail or portal accounts should be directed to helpdesk@nccc.edu or 518-891-2915 ext.314.
