Housing & Meal Plan Contract

The Association offers three residence halls housing 96 students in a safe, clean and convenient location adjacent to the NCCC campus.

Essex and Franklin Halls were constructed for Fall 1998, and High Peaks Hall opened Fall 2000.  The campus is smoke free and substance free.  Students are required to abide by village, state and federal laws.

Saints Hall houses a live-in-staff member as well as the Residence Hall office, a television/game room, a /meeting room, and a coin operated laundry facility.  Hours are posted each semester.

The primary entrance to each building is locked as is the main entrance to each suite.  Each bedroom is locked as well.  Smoke detectors are in each room and the complex is monitored with an alarm system.  The campus is also patrolled at night.

The Residence Halls are located adjacent to the NCCC campus, next to the Athletic fields and Athletic Facility.  The Residence Halls are a very short walk from the classroom buildings, the library, and the food service.

Roommate selection: Each student completes a profile questionnaire which enables students of compatible interests and/or habits to be grouped by suite.  Students can mutually request specific suitemates as well.
