Official Transcripts

To obtain an official copy of your transcript, print the Records Request Form, sign and mail it, together with your check in the amount of $7.00 made payable to North Country Community College, to: Records Office, NCCC, PO Box 89, Saranac Lake, NY 12983-0089.

 

Unofficial Transcripts

To obtain an unofficial copy of your transcript, print the Records Request Form, sign and mail it to: Records Office, NCCC, PO Box 89, Saranac Lake, NY 12983-0089.  There is no fee for an unofficial transcript.

 

Verification of Enrollment Letters

For loan deferment, insurance or other purposes, a verification of your enrollment at the College is often required.  This can be requested using the Records Request Form.  There is not fee for this service.

 

Health Records

To obtain copies of your health and/or immunization records, print the Records Request Form, sign and mail it to the address on the Form with your check in the amount of $7.00 made payable to North Country Community College.

 

Faxing Fee

If you desire to have any record faxed, there is a $2.00 per page fee in addition to any other appropriate records fee.  Please contact the Records Office by e-mail or 1-888-879-6222 or 518-891-2915 ext.689, for further information.  NOTE: Official transcripts and health records cannot be faxed.

 

PLEASE NOTE that, to comply with Federal law, your signature must be on the Records Request Form.  At this time, an e-mail is not acceptable under the law.


  

Registration

 

Matriculated (Degree-Seeking) Registration Procedure:

 

Application for Admission

  • First Time, Transfer, and Re-Admit students must fill out an Application for Enrollment and be admitted to the College by the Office of Enrollment Management.  Admitted students (accepted into a degree program) will be invited to attend a Registration Session.  Please contact the Office of Enrollment Management at admissions@nccc.edu if you have questions regarding enrolling as a First Time, Transfer, or Re-Admit Matriculated (Degree-Seeking) student.
  • Continuing students register during pre-registration periods each semester with their assigned advisors.  Please watch your NCCC Web-mail and Student Portal for information on pre-registration.  Please contact the Registrar's Office at records@nccc.edu if you have questions regarding Continuing Student Registration.

Non-Matriculated (Non-Degree Seeking) Registration Procedure:

 

Non-Matriculated Registration Form

  • Non-Matriculated (Non-Degree Seeking) students may register for courses on a first come - first serve basis following pre-registration periods each semester.  Non-matriculated students may register by choosing one of the following options.
    • Print out a copy of the Non-Matriculated Registration Form and mail the completed form to: North Country Community College, Attn: Records Office, PO Box 89, Saranac Lake, NY 12983.
    • Print out a copy of the Non-Matriculated Registration Form and fax the completed form to: 518-891-4236.
    • Register in Person at the Records Office at the Saranac Lake Campus or the Front Desk at the Malone or Ticonderoga Campus during Business Hours (8:30am - 4:30pm Monday through Friday).
