Paying Your Bill
Your Tuition Bill (My Ledger):
Your bill can be viewed through the Student Portal. Bills will also be mailed through the USPS. You are responsible for viewing and paying your bill by the due date.

Payment Methods (US FUNDS ONLY):
CASH, CHECK OR MONEY ORDER: Please make checks or money orders payable to North Country Community College.
CREDIT CARDS: The College accepts payment by MasterCard, Visa and Discover. To process credit card payments by mail, please return your bill with your credit card account number, expiration date, CCV code, cardholder name and signature. You may also pay by phone at (518) 891-2915 ext. 1688.
PAYMENT PLANS: You must contact the Business Office at (518) 891-2915 ext. 1688 to sign up for a payment plan. There is a $75.00 fee required for processing the payment plan, which will be included in the first payment.
FINANCIAL AID/STUDENT LOAN: If you have been approved for Tap, Pell or a student loan it will appear as a pending award and will be deducted from your statement balance. A Billing Disclosure Authorize (see Required Forms) must be submitted to the Business Office.
If you have applied for Pell, and or a Federal Student Loan and it does not appear on your bill, you must contact the Financial Aid Office.
Note: If your financial aid does not cover your charges on your bill you are responsible for payment of tuition and fee charges immediately.
