Where did they go?

The 2006-07 Saints are coming off another successful season under coach Chad LaDue and his staff. Last year, the Saints started out at 9-0 and were ranked as high as 2nd in the nation, in NJCAA polls. This was the highest ranking in school history. Also, the Saints finished 17-11 while senior Al Miller became the program’s all-time leading scorer with 1,016 total points.

During coach LaDue’s tenure, the Saints have accumulated an overall record of 74-57 and in the past four years they are 29 games over .500. During this time the Saints have captured 2 Northern Independence Conference (NIC) Championships and 3 NJCAA Region III tournament berths. Coach LaDue has graduated many players who have received All-Conference and All-Region honors.

Looking ahead to every season the Saints pride themselves on becoming a family and working hard, which have led to their continued success on and off the court. As a basketball program, we value our academic success as much as anything, and that shows in their 76% Graduation Rate and 71% Transfer Rate.

Coach LaDue states, “The past 5 years have been very special as we have been able to grow into one of the top teams in the region. Now, our goal every year is to compete for a regional championship.”
