Joint Admissions Programs
North Country Community College offers to first-year NCCC students a number of joint admissions programs with both public and private four-year colleges and universities.
Joint admissions allows students the opportunity to complete two years at NCCC followed by enrollment as a junior at a joint admission institution. This program is ideal for students hesitant to begin their studies at a four-year college, or for those students who may not meet admission requirements at the participating four-year institution. The student is not required to re-apply at the joint admission institution once they have met NCCC's admission and degree requirements. Students who wish to be jointly accepted to NCCC and another institution must declare their intentions prior to the end of the second semester of study at NCCC.
Students interested in this program should contact the Enrollment Management Office for a listing of participating colleges and universities, program of study available and necessary documents to be filed.
