January 2009 - NCCC International Travel Course Returns from Ireland, Wales, and England:
Thirteen students and two faculty members traveled to Ireland, Wales, and England as part of a Winter 2009 International Travel course. International Travel Humanities offers a choice of 1-3 credits for traditional or non-traditional students. Community members are welcomed to tour with our students, for an enlightened experience in another country, focusing on culture and history, as well as fine and performing arts.
The students of Winter 2009 International Travel course (HUM 124/126) saw some amazing sights such as The Ring of Kerry ruins in Ireland, magnificent castles in Ireland, Wales, and England, and other magnificent architectural wonders. Amidst the magical mists that hovered above pristine lakes and minty green pastures, our students kept travel journals and took many photographs. Thanks for your support in fundraising and promoting this tour. For tour information for 2010, please contact Doug Currier at dcurrier@nccc.edu. Next stop: SPAIN!
