Failure to submit proof of immunization can result in prohibition from classes, exclusion from registration or withholding of grades, transcripts and future registration.
Please check for program specific requirements. Nursing, Athletics, Massage Therapy, Wilderness Recreation, and Radiologic Technology each have very specific health requirements and submission dates that must be met to participate in the program.
